Just Work out …..

So if you are going to work out, you might as well love your workout outfit! Love this blush pink @adidas shirt I got from @Norstroms. It is probably one of my favorite work out shirts to wear.

Seriously though working out is so important as we all know. There are so many options out there. My biggest thing is just do something & get moving.

There are:

  • Weights 
  • Orange Theory
  • Peloton
  • Kick boxing
  • Beach Body work out
  • Cross fit 
  • Soul Cycle
  • Jet Set Pilates
  • Yoga 
  • Walking outside 

You name it, it is out there! Just move for 20 minutes a day for 3-5 times a week. You will feel, look, deal with stress & think better.

You have to find what specific workout best suits your body; everyone is different. Find something you enjoy. If you don’t like it you won’t do it. However, I will say, you do have to push yourself! No one is like, “yah I can’t wait to work out! This is Soo exciting. “

To work out when you don’t feel like it; you have to have a TOUGH mental game. Focus on the feeling of how you will feel after it is done. What you will look like after being committed 3-5 times a week for “6” weeks. How you will look & feel in your clothes.

My favorite is focusing on the food I get to eat because I worked out well.

Yes, I admit I work out because it is good for me, but mostly because I am one of those people that “lives to eat” instead of “eats to live.”

I love food so much that I NEED to workout regularly!!

For me what works best is working out 3/4 times a week. I prefer weights. Why??? I love to build more curve & again you can eat more when you do weights.

Just my thing…..

I do not enjoy cardio at all!

However, on the flip side I believe that you are 80% what you eat. So, if you have to choose one or the other……..eat better.

So, let’s be accountable together! Post below what your favorite work out is and why. Let’s stay in shape during this fall season as all the delicious holiday food comes our way.

    I love Aerobics and weights. But yes, sraying active benefit us in many ways.

    I love my Beachbody workouts because the plan is scheduled and figured out for me! And the programs have the workouts planned so you get good workouts and results! Great post!

    I love Hot Yoga! This workout can be done by almost anyone at any age. It is a mind and body workout that will improve your core strength, flexibility and you definitely feel like you’ve achieved a great workout. Love it!
